 I’m able to fetch the metadata for the lightning address and it looks fine, but when trying to fetch an invoice, I get a Rails HTML error page instead of a JSON response as expected.

We've looked further into the case your brought up and found the reason for your issues. While I can't share specific details about the receiver (I'd like to respect his privacy), I can provide a general explanation.

The reason you couldn't send sats to the recipient at that specific hour is because their Alby Hub was turned off at that time. If they turn their Alby Hub back on, you should be able to send sats without any issues.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

As a note for everyone, we strongly recommend that podcasters or influencers who need to receive sats 24/7 use an Alby Hub that is online 24/7. While Alby Hub can be self-hosted on various devices, not all are suitable for a 24/7 online wallet.

 thanks for the info. is it possible to provide a better error message response when requesting an invoice from someone with their alby hub turned off? that way we display that information to users to help them understand what's going on.
