Big Yes!! So many techniques depending on what you desire, the results are compounding, I can honestly say my mental, emotional (and even physical) health has flourished over time. I started with Mindfulness (great with an actual teacher), then moved to Vedic/transcendental (mantra based) when I needed something stronger, and now do a Yoga Nidra/nsdr hybrid every dayI’ve devised for myself.
