I'm getting:
psycopg2.errors.UndefinedTable: relation "event_txn_id_device_id" does not exist
when I try to send messages. 
Nothing useful seems to be in the issues, I know I had to run a script from the issues that was preventing me from upgrading a few versions back, this time when I tried moving to 1.92 (docker container) from 1.89 (intermediate steps won't work) it is now stuck not working.
