I think indemnification is part of it. And then the other part is the march toward socialism/communism that seems to be picking up pace. 

I had an epiphany at the burger joint last night. Teenager giving us our food. We wanted extra sauce & the dude looked like he was gonna collapse/cry at the request. I ignored him selling the agony of being requested to do something and magically he got through it.
