 Funny fact: Metallica played live on Twitch and the inbuilt DMCA measures Metallica made come true after the Napster debacle in the 90s... fucking live muted/banned their stream for DMCA infringement.

I think a survey was done sometime back... it turns out that the people who actually 'pirate' content are the exact same people who PURCHASE all the content. And I mean ALL.

Totally agree, live shows + merch is where it's at. Music is simply free nowdays and with the invention of Suno (just tried it!). Making your own AI music is so simple it's ridiculous.

There are going to be some major paradigm shifts in society soon if not already!
