It could be something. Trending / recommendations are somewhat poor atm. In fact the whole most liked/zapped /replied to etc pretty much only shows you who is the most followed here. Which is often not a great way of finding people (on nostr or legacy social media alike).

But perhaps a good attempt.

I think topica-based discovery and following rather than npub-based discovery is more useful generally. There's a bit of a hybrid here, just going off the landing page and what it seems you are trying to do. :)
