So, by using this service I post my current profile data to a ton of relays I don't even know about--including my lightning address. 

Let's say I later change my profile data (lightning address). Unless I use your service again, stale profile data (lightning address) will remain on those relays I don't even know about (i.e., that I do not publish to)?
