There is no quality control. That's just something entrepreneurs use to stay successful. 
If government supplies and checks what you should remember for your finals, how prepared do you think you will be for the word just looking at government actions?
Its a waste of time and money and applied political correct brainwashing you pay for with your money and time....
It's not an investment, its not an asset, its a liability you don't want or need.
