I have a separate num pad. That's not what bothers me. What bothers me is the lack of arrow keys. A lot of my i3 shortcuts are Ctrl+Alt+Arrow .. without actual arrow keys I'd have to hold down 4 to 5 keys or remap everything for a shitty keyboard layout.
