amethyst has a web of trust mechanism that comes into play if and when multiple people you follow blocks or reports the scam account.
👀👀 does this strategy have legs? Should other clients consider it?
It's been around for a year. I don't know if anyone else else has implemented it. I've seen it work in both a positive and negative way. I don't mind the false positives, because I can fix them and it keeps me essentially spam free.
I saw these mfs months ago already. They are trying hard.
