Bret Holmes Racing has made a surprising comeback after announcing its closure earlier this year. The team, which competed in the NASCAR Truck series and ARCA, has been purchased by Chris Hettinger, a longtime Late Model team owner from Michigan. Hettinger Racing will make its debut at Martinsville Speedway with driver Brett Moffitt behind the wheel. Moffitt, a 2018 NASCAR Truck series champion, has 13 wins in the Truck series and has also competed at the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity levels. The new team is focused on building from the ground up and developing drivers through Late Models to ARCA to Trucks.
