If no one ever touches code again, the timestamps issue will shoot our golden goose. People need to understand software does not just magically work forever. It requires some level of security patches and maintenance. Microsoft can’t ship windows and say hey it’s the final version - we are done, don’t worry nothing will ever go wrong from here on out.
