That is our Amish Water Bath Canner.  Oh wow that is a good amount!  We use so many apples in everything that we always need about 52 quarts. nostr.fmt.wiz.biz

 We got ours from Lehman's.  It holds 18 pints but if get the additional shelf can hold 36 pints.

Do you primarily use it with the quart jars? 

 We do!  Having 15 quarts at a time helps cutdown on canning time.
