nostr:npub1zdp33shl69xr0uq3x8n5gsjykq9upycwh6nqm02c3f6x0frrn0dq42vqv8 in the late 1990s and early 2000s, not long after amazon's formation, some of us advocated boycotting amazon for privacy reasons. We were roundly mocked at the time, but looking back on it, we vastly overestimated how horrible things would get. I'd like to know what tech would be like if those boycotts had been successful.
