There is no escape. There are only levels, but the levels are infinite and in infinite directions. Imagine Plato's allegory of the cave, but instead of having only the cave (prison and lies) and the outside (freedom and truth), the cave has several chambers, at different depths and even "the outside" is full of places, equally or even more illusory and imprisoning than the cave... So, even if you discover yourself more free, the very idea of freedom hides new illusions and prisons, mainly by making it seem that you are only free with that new thing discovered.

Most of us here have escaped at least the first layer of the matrix. Possibly the most important one - as money influences every aspect of life. The solution is Bitcoin. The second major layer is fiat food, health, exercise, wellness and longevity. Once your eyes open to the devastation that sugars, seed oils, modern fruits and veggies have caused - you'll never be the same.

Lots of time away from screens and social media walking through nature and quietly thinking through for yourself. At least that’s what seems to help me most. Screens = guarantee I’m probably not thinking straight about big life issues.

The matrix is "the democracy" You probably don't know what I mean by that. Here's why.... There are five things that people like to think about themselves. 1. They like to think they are free. 2. They like to think they are in control. 3. They like to think they have it all figured out. 4. They like to think they are never wrong. 5. They like to think they are good and moral, and doing the right thing. Democracy is used to fool people into thinking they are a free people. However, the truth is democracy robs freedom of choice from minorities and from individuals. Also, democracy can be manipulated through propaganda, which can sway the vote in favor of those controlling to narrative being spewed through the mainstream propaganda media. Democracy is used to fool people into thinking that they are free people and that they are in control when indeed they are not. "Taxation without representation" is another term used to convince people that they free and not slaves, when the truth is they are slaves. The true definition of "taxation without representation" is when the government forces you to pay for something that you don't want, you never ask for, and very often it is something you are strongly opposed to.

Look at the USA. The USA was set up originally with a better system, and still is running on that system to a certain extent. A system that does not infringe on unalienable rights. Unalienable rights are rights that cannot be taken away from you, not even by a 100% majority rule. They cannot be legislated away. They cannot be ruled away by any court, not even a supreme court. And Governments, institutions and agencies cannot add conditions or limitations to them. The thing that has changed in the US is the abandonment of unalienable rights. The people have been brainwashed by the socialist public school system into trading unalienable rights for "constitutional" rights, which implies the Constitution grants those rights when it does not . The Constitution explicitly tells the government that it shall not infringe on your natural born, God given rights. Democracy is the oppressor. Unalienable rights and individual free agency is the liberator.

I've been running Linux only on all my personal computers for snowy 20 years. I run DeGoogled or Linux phones, and host my own online Nextcloud ecosystem for things like fileshare and calendar/contact sync across all my devices. All my apps are open source. They don't spy on me, and they aren't trying to get control me. Never watch or listen to MSM news. It is nothing more than brainwashing thought control for the masses.
