2. Strong and clear git connotations on many levels:

   * shaped as a git graph (lines don't go backwards).
   * shaped as a physical fork (and "fork" is key in the git vernacular).
3. Multiple tips: The git graph has multiple tips, symbolizing multiple PRs ahead of the central master branch. This really represents gitworkshop as a place to view, discuss, and collaborate on code proposals.
