Been drinking 2-3 cups of purple dead nettle tea throughout the spring allergy season. I can now say for sure that this tea is the best natural allergy remedy I have ever tried. I can be out stomping through chest high grass with clouds of pollen in my face resulting in extreme eye swelling, wheezing, endless sneezing and overall misery. After drinking the tea (and washing the pollen off my body), my symptoms are gone in minutes. There are zero side effects too. Truly been a miracle for me.
