From a fee perspective, if you send multiple UTXOs to a single address (privacy aside), do those coins become a single UTXO on that address *prior* to being spent (ie one-UTXO-fee if all coming from one address)? 

Or is it still as “large” of a transaction (data, fees) as if those three initial UTXOs were sent to three different addresses and then spent in a single transaction later?
