I think most of early Nostriches are 30+ so they lived life before they found bitcoin and most of them know than nearly everyone early on Nostr are bitcoiners so who are they virtue signaling to ?  
And even then, one can say it authentically, like nostr:npub1hq7fz9q8c4mqqs6xz48nzpme6tqvulc2u6j6qf3qe0kzude462eqnefhvp for example.
