 Telegram saved messages, so i delete when its done 

 email yourself or throw the text on your cloud and pull it again from the cloud on the other device. Or DM yourself if you don't need to maintain formatting.

Self-hosted CryptPad is another thing I've been messing with.

 Give holepunch/keet a try.  I'm still learning how to use it, but it should help.   @TheGuySwann has gotten me interested in it.  Great stuff keeps getting developed these days.
