The US needs to adopt strategies to deescalate Ukraine war.
1. Demand diplomatic strategy from Biden Admin
2. Increase restrictions on cluster munitions & other indiscriminate weapons
3. Boost funding for humanitarian aid & peacebuilding
4. Prioritize arms control in U.S. response
5. Support international institutions for diplomacy (UN, ICC...)
6. Strengthen oversight on military aid to prevent theft, diversion, misuse

Goal =  Ceasefire, negotiations, comprehensive peace process
