The Google Pixel 8 Pro has a new feature called Best Take that can help you capture the perfect group photo, even if someone is blinking or looking away. Best Take works by taking a series of photos in quick succession and then using AI to select the best expressions for each person in the group.

To use Best Take, simply open the camera app and switch to Portrait mode. Then, tap the Best Take button in the top left corner. The Pixel 8 Pro will take a series of photos, and then you can preview the different options and select the one you like best.

Best Take is a great feature for taking group photos with family and friends, especially if you have young children or pets who are difficult to keep still. It's also a good option for taking group selfies or photos in low light conditions.

Here are some tips for using Best Take:

Make sure everyone in the group is looking at the camera and smiling.
Try to take the photo in a well-lit area.

If you're taking a group selfie, hold the phone at a distance so that everyone fits in the frame.

If you're taking a group photo in low light conditions, use the Night Sight mode.

Once you've taken a group photo with Best Take, you can edit it further in the Google Photos app. For example, you can adjust the brightness, contrast, and saturation of the photo. You can also crop the photo or remove unwanted objects.
