arweave gateways, and these are now a part of ICP, i just got a heads up about this, they now have web proxies in development for ICP, are just proxy caches, nothing special about that, it's just increasing the read capacity of the system

the only difference between nostr and bittorrent is the lack of a DHT for finding who has the events, it would be pretty easy to add such a feature
