I don’t like to gloat at the demise of others, & in a free market each to their own 

But at the same time, SEC regulations are pretty clear, howey test etc, so they knew all along it was illegal, plus the idea of advertising to people financial freedom, taking those funds to pump their own token, stinks of dis-honesty
