Yes. Nextcloud comes with it's own set of apps you can download. Use the one called Memories. It creates the timeline of all your pictures, you can create albums, etc. I've been using it for over a year, it works great and very happy to not have anything on Google Drive. Longer videos might have to be uploaded when you have LAN access though.

 And since you are already on that, you can use Nextcloud to also store all your files and documents.
There are two native mobile apps as well: Nextcloud and Notes. I use Memories as a PWA.
