Someone badgered you to do it. (That's Tyranny by proxy).


Mediocre reason to vote:

You feel it's your civic duty. (It may very well be depending on your personal values, but it doesn't change that the available candidates may suck sweat off a dead donkey's balls).



Good reason to vote:

One of the candidates & his/her team seems genuinely sensible and has clearly defined policies to would take things in a good direction.
