If a POC says that she experiences racism or misogyny, my instinct is to believe her.  

Provisionally believe someone claiming to be a victim.  

Because odds are that she is, and it is the better default assumption anyway.  The paucity of Black users is good enough evidence.

I used to directly ask for some evidence--not to judge their veracity--but to either confront or ban/block the asshole(s). Often got the response that "it was my typical white male privilege at play."
