Huge win for crypto!  Just in, the US Judge in the Uniswap case dismissed it, stating that Uniswap’s creators were NOT liable for the actions of others on the platform.   This is the same judge who is presiding over the Coinbase vs SEC case.

Add this to the Ripple and Greyscale cases that were also wins for crypto, and I can see why Gary Gensler wants to regulate risk management over acually trading.  ‘Cause when it comes to gambling, Gensler always loses.
