If they’re constantly promoting some new token or investment, then it’s a culture of scammers.

I don’t know much about Farcaster, but Ethereum has a long culture of slimy hustlers going back to its presale, ICO mania (2017), DeFi mania (2019-?), NFT mania (2021), etc. They’re always selling get-rich-quick scheme.
