The trial in New York state's civil suit against Donald Trump's business empire is proceeding without a jury after the former president's lawyers mistakenly failed to mark it on the official form. Judge Arthur Anguron noted at the beginning of the hearing that "no one asked for" a jury trial and therefore he will determine the final ruling.
