I feel bad for the workers but Canada Post has been terribly managed over the last couple decades, especially since online shopping. 

Amazon Canada used to use Canada Post for pretty much every order. Now they have moved away from Canada Post. It’s the same with many online retailers who prefer to use random no name shipping companies than a “reputable” company like Canada Post. 

People hardly send and receive letters now. And Canada Post let the parcel delivery side of things slip away.
