I just sowed them and left them in the glasshouse to germinate. Our night time temperatures are still down around 2 - 3 if we don't have a frost, and most have germinated. But it's not a big thing just to throw them in the fridge for a week or two. If I don't stratify, I just sow extra seed to make up for it.
