>do no surveying whatsoever
>bust two separate water lines
>wrap the electric lines around the broken lines
>rebury it and pretend nothing happened
>Even though it's leaking 100gpm (380L/min) (~$800 per day)
>Fast forward a few days
>Water company calls and says we've got a leak
>Call the utilities
>they claim ignorance and send a guy out to mark their lines so our plumber can fix it today
>the electrician refuses to do anything, sends a bill for coming out
>Schedules a different electrician to come out and mark the lines
>But not until Friday
>Utilities contact the state who contacts the plumber and says he can't legally fix it
>We have to pay an additional $3200 in wasted water in addition to the $2400 we've already been billed for since they busted the lines and didn't tell us
