Oddbean new post about login | logout @c39b392a start with fusion360. It has both cad and cam, and it's free for private use. I personally love that piece of software. There's some learning curve there, but there's plenty of how-to vids on YouTube, so you should be up and running in a week tops. And also, register on grabcad.com They have a ton of free models to get you started and then some ;)
