Special Counsel Jack Smith wants a narrow gag order to prevent Trump from harassing and intimidating witnesses and court officials in his public rants on social media. Trump thinks as a presidential candidate his First Amendment rights should remain unabridged. But as a criminal defendant out of prison pre-trial, his rights are curtailed by agreement, signed by him. If Judge Chutkan imposes a limited gag order, how long until he violates it, I wonder?
