There is a major sign of Judgement Day of a creature that would be a painful torment, there are some description that include that the creature’s step is where the eyesight reaches, will mark believers rendering their faces enlightened and disbelievers rendering their faces darkened, will have the ring of Solomon and will have the stick of Moses. 

27:82 An-Naml 

۞ وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ

And when the Word (of torment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out from the earth a creature to them, which will speak to them because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayat (verses of the Quran and evidence of Allah).
