Best way to help focus throughout the day for ADHD?
 Morning Meditation for me
 Deadlines you really fear.
It's a skill to be trained and developed.

Focus on a point, then focus on everything
Repeat
 A gun to the head.
Make music and memes. Don't drink coffee and also train in the morning 🫡👌 Don't use pills to slow you down. Smoke 🍀 but don't smoke to much 🫂 and keep stacking 🍊🧡
 Smoke during the day?
I can't anwser this one here but maybe 😉 a little bit to kickstart the day . Works for me 🦾
You havent figured out your hyperfocus superpowers yet?
We're closer then before but I still work at a corporation so sometimes 😫😐
Yeah, I wish I could just write out the steps on how it works for me but im not sure I can put it into words.

Music helps a lot. Nothing with words I can understand, beeps and boops work pretty well.
Fast and repetitive beats.

Ive written 4 paragraphs trying to explain my mad methods but it all comes out reading like a retarded cat wrote it. So the music tip ^ is all you get LMAO.
 I'll take music tips.
are you able to structure how your time is spent?
i.e. can you rotate through different tasks using a timer ⏲️ so you dont have to focus on one thing for long continuous periods?
it helps me quite a bit.
This cracks me up so much. If I dont hyperfocus for hours I have zero focus for hours. Changing tasks to focus on completely derails the whole train.

I tried pomodoro timer method and its the bane of my existence.
 I should try it again.
Most things are too boring and unchallenging to keep my focus for hours. When i have a bunch of those monotonous tasks to be done, i make a list with steps, and sub steps, and cycle through them with timed periods, also including something i enjoy in the cycle. Ive been able to get unreasonable amounts of stuff done using this. 👍
I'll circle back to a pomodore timer to see how it goes.
