I remember trying to buy Bitcoin in 2012 and I almost got scammed by a guy via SKRILL. Lucky enough I had a VIP account at that time with SKRILL and I managed to call them. Despite their ToS they refunded the money and froze the account in question but yeah, I got lucky.
