That's super interesting!
I have to be honest. I understand and sympathise with people who feel left out or that  cannot conform to being labelled. I can see and imagine being someone so unhappy as a female or a male, and them being so unhappy with the world as is, that they want to  basically create a whole brand new identity, gender-related or not. 
What I can't understand is the fact that they DO NOT understand how this affects language and speech in so many ways and they want to force others to conform to their new language/speech/identity. 
And that is simply imposing THE WILL OF ONE over the will of all. 
That spells tyranny.
