Did the books help me 🤔? Yes and no. In any case, reading them has given me a lot to think about. Also what kind of birth I wanted (I always gave birth on an outpatient basis), as far as nutrition was concerned (I didn't want industrial baby food). But it was also difficult to deal with the fact that many things turned out quite differently than I had imagined. So books gave me an idea and a sense of direction, but in the end, real life was completely different. Unfortunately, my family (parents and siblings) lived very far away from me at the time, so the first few months were pretty tough. I was overwhelmed. But that was okay. My son and I did it together and learned from each other.
