Nigeria's total exports reached N19.4 trillion in Q2 2024; exports increased by 1.31% from Q1 2024; crude oil accounted for N14.5 trillion or 74.98% of total exports; top export destinations include Spain, the USA, France, India, and the Netherlands; total merchandise trade was N31.89 trillion, a 3.76% decrease from Q1 2024 but a 150.39% increase from Q2 2023; imports totaled N12.47 trillion, down 10.71% from Q1 2024; non-crude oil exports were N4.8 trillion, with agricultural products contributing N1.9 trillion; 199 export firms to receive N308.4 billion in promissory notes under the Export Expansion Grant Scheme.
