Sometimes, you don't talk about how you feel because you know it will start an argument. So you just stay quiet and let whatever you're feeling tear you apart. You pretend everything is fine, put on a smile, and go about your life like everything is alright. Because you don't have the acceptance or space to open up and really talk about what's bothering you. That is not a healthy place to be.
