The US government hates you. Get you fat and then bleed you dry. https://m.primal.net/IVdG.jpg https://m.primal.net/IVdH.jpg
If you consider that the government is farming customers for politically aligned companies, then it all makes sense.
Study has been funded by Coca-Cola, kfc, McDonald’s……
Studies may have been biased but my blown out pant seems say otherwise. https://image.nostr.build/4d82abefc7044575b270ecc224847ef890195fe36ec62dce96ef21b5dd1d9d3b.gif
Processed food doesn’t cause obesity. That’s true. Increased calorie intake causes weight gain. But ultra-processed foods negatively impact at minimum our gut health. And poor gut health CAN cause excessive weight gain. It can also cause chronic pain and put our bodies is a constant state of agitation. Which is why everyone in America has to take 5 different pills everyday but still feel shitty. Bullshit technicality.
Partly true yes. My point more so being than people can be intellectually lazy to not realise it's about personal responsibility and it's highly uneducated to vilify one specific food group when there a way too many variables involved to make outlandish statements. The poison is I. The dosage.
every week at the end of swim lessons they give every kid a dum dum sucker Ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, citric acid, malic acid, salt, artificial flavor, color added (includes: Red 40, Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Blue 1). https://m.primal.net/IVhn.jpg
Ultra-processed food may not directly cause obesity, but it most certainly causes malnutrition, which the body then tries to compensate by craving for more (bigger portions and more often) of the same foods, and doing that then causes obesity. Buying processed foods benefits Big Food. Then people get sick. Which in turn benefits Big Pharma. Neither industry benefits one cent of healthy people who eat real foods. So the headline may be technically correct, but it’s disinformation regardless. They hate us.
Correct.
Off-topic but worthy in the bigger picture. NOTHING escapes shrinkflation! Looking at a box of Q-tips recently (625), then a Q-tip itself which seemed smaller. Hmm. I thought what the hell and did a search. Sure enough, some guy already reported from a few years to recent, a Q-tip has shrunk from .5gm to .4 gm! I’m SURE the excess weight was removed from the cardboard stick. Hmm. Going to search on “increase in punctured ear drums.”
What kind of research is this😂
Factual research. 🤷🏼♂️
Ok I trust you and the government’s top diet advisers lol
Eating more calories than you burn causes obesity.
This is true. Consuming more calories than you burn causes obesity. If you eat 5,000 calories of fish and I eat 1,000 calories of candy you’ll become obese and I will not. I’ll get diabetes but I’ll won’t be obese.
