“The philosopher, Noam Chomsky, has lost the ability to speak and write at 95 years old, forcing him to give up the “throne of speech”, in which he exposed the truth about human systems. I believe he is one of the most perceptive analysts and communicators on control and power, still alive in our human world.

In a symbolic way his loss of communication feels like marking the end of true perception about our world. In an Orwellian future the masses are increasingly bound by algorithms that only reinforce existing patterns of bias.

A world where influencers without training or substance are more valued than philosophers and great critical thinkers.

Studies suggest that our critical thinking as a generation is declining in comparison to that of past generations.

“Social media algorithms create echo chambers where diverse perspectives are rarely encountered, reinforcing confirmation bias and hindering the ability to think critically about different viewpoints.”

A world we where we move further into the dream, a dream within the dream....where there seems to be no objective truth.”
