USA 🇺🇸: Whiskey manufacturer "Jack Daniel’s" is distancing itself from the so-called "woke agenda."
The company announced that it is renouncing a series of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including ending its participation in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index social credit system.
Executive and employee bonuses/goals will be tied to business performance, not DEI. Additionally, the company is ending "quantitative ambitions for supplier and workforce diversity" and cutting "woke training."
Jack Daniel's is the second company this week to take such action; the first was motorcycle manufacturer "Harley-Davidson."
