Sad the guys didn't figure out the NYC trash story better. The rats are host a smoke screen to get people to accept the new bins. They want to force the bins because they can fire two trash guys. Currently I'm new York they have one driver and two bag handlers. The bins are supposed to allow the driver to do it all.
