 i don't remember the exact quote, something along the lines of essentially saying that twitter, when it was a facebook competitor in the early days, accidentally fell into success, insinuating that they weren't trying hard and doing good work. 
 That’s not nice. But, imagine being his age atm - that’s probably the standard behavior of anyone in that age group. Cockiness.

 That’s nice and all but people don’t become wise over night. 
 Jack is a hero. Twitter grew by quickly implementing ideas from user feedback which created the multiplier effect. Jack was lucky in a sense that people at that moment in time were eager for a realtime digital town square. He asked, listened and delivered. But then the bureaucrats and woke people captured Twitter.

In contrast, Zuck’s approach with Facebook focused on profit, employing techniques that could manipulate user behavior and emotions for financial gain, without prioritizing user well-being. Despite his success, this strategy is criticized for its ethical implications.
