How is it that with  nostr:npub1cashappn03s3cl2ljsdntv0v28e2um5lgx4vjctqjt23pcwzjhsqmtdg5l  allowing Bitcoin receipts, you can't already do such a thing ? 
I thought it was a regulatory issue, but if you can do it then it might me something else...
