Ok – I think I get it. I think making prism work with lists is something that @bob will have to build. 

As for zapping lists you should be easily able to zap both your own lists and others lists. The fetching of zap receipts is a bit flaky though so the zaps don't always show up immediately, and sometimes disappear later. I need to come up with something better there.
