Makes me wonder how the relays handshake with each other... 

What kind of file syncing were you thinking? Collaboration type deal or a repo that is up to date? 

I'm almost positive you could use Nostr to list and link to files on a synced drive/folder... but as to whether the Nostr protocol itself would become a place to dump files... not likely. (I think!)
